Just 200 metres away and therefore within easy walking distance, the “Gaislachkogl” gondola lift opens up a true paradise for all kinds of summer and winter sports enthusiasts. Right around our campsite, you will also find the nearest bus stop, the local bakery “Backstuba”, the largest supermarket “MPreis”, as well as restaurants and an excellent pizzeria.

Can I order bread at the campsite?

The bakery is located 80 meters from the campsite and can be reached on foot in a short time. You can buy daily fresh bread as well as milk, sausage and cheese.

How far is the nearest supermarket from the campsite?

The next supermarket "MPREIS" is only 200 meters far from the campsite and can therefore be reached by foot.

Is there a restaurant at the campsite?

Right next to the campsite is the Gasthof Grauer Bär, which prepares regional and seasonal cuisine, as well as the Bäckelar Wirt.

Where is the next cable-cabin and what it is called?

The next access to the ski-, hiking- and biking area is the Gaislachkoglbahn. This cable-car is just a 3 minute walk from the campsite.

Is there a ski bus service from the campsite to the cable car station?

The campsite is 200 meters and therefore only a three-minute walk far from the cable car station "Gaislachkogel". In addition, ski buses run every 10 minutes through Sölden free of charge. In winter there is also a free ski bus to the Gurgl ski area, approx. 15 kilometers away, every 10 minutes. The next bus stop is only 50 meters far from the campsite!

Is a regular bus running through the entire Ötztal?

Public transport in the Ötztal is very popular and runs to numerous stops between Ötztal train station and the end of the valley at short intervals. The nearest bus stop is just 50 meters far from the campsite.

SUMMER
With the free guest card, which you will obtain via e-mail after arrival, you will receive mobility advantages through the Ötztal valley.  Additionally, you will get reductions on various tourist and cultural attractions such as hiking tours, museums, etc.

WINTER
FREE TRAVEL on public transports on presentation of the free guest card, which can be made available to you on request at the reception, or with alpine ski clothing for winter sports in the period from October to May. This special service and inclusive benefit applies from Check-In to Check-Out at the accommodation.

Where is the next swimming pool?

Directly in Sölden and only 700m far from the campsite there is an indoor adventure pool with a sauna world in the Freizeit Arena. The Aqua Dome thermal baths are located in Längenfeld - 14 km away from Sölden. The nearest outdoor swimming pool is also only 14 km away in Längenfeld. Swimming lakes can be found in Umhausen (22 km) and Ötz (30 km).
