Our campsite is a consistently sustainable one: we reduce our ecological footprint through energy-efficient technology, intelligent control systems, renewable energies, and active heat recovery. Our goal is to combine an environmentally friendly holiday experience with a high level of comfort.
With our partially expanded car-free zone, which ensures even more peace and quiet, our CamperClean station for environmentally friendly waste disposal, and the Easy-Be dishwasher, we are taking another step closer to achieving an absolutely green footprint at Camping Sölden.
We also have a recycling area, including a bottle return station.
With our photovoltaic system, covering approximately 530 m² and generating around 84 kWp, we produce our own electricity. This system avoids thousands of kilograms of CO₂ emissions annually and feeds clean energy into the campsite's operations.
Modern heat pumps efficiently provide hot water and heating.
The Bike Republic Sölden, founded in 2015, makes the hearts of mountain bikers and downhillers beat faster and has created a BIKE culture from the valley to the mountain. The Bike Republic Sölden consists of a huge network of natural trails and ecologically built lines in the most varied of difficulty levels as well as dozens of tours, enduro routes and two pump tracks in the valley. The next access to the ski-, hiking- and biking area is the Gaislachkoglbahn. This cable-car is just a 3 minute walk from the campsite.
The next supermarket "MPREIS" is only 200 meters far from the campsite and can therefore be reached by foot.
The bakery is located 80 meters from the campsite and can be reached on foot in a short time. You can buy daily fresh bread as well as milk, sausage and cheese.
Right next to the campsite is the Gasthof Grauer Bär, which prepares regional and seasonal cuisine, as well as the Bäckelar Wirt.
From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., there is absolute silence on the entire camping site. During this time, the exit- and entry barrier of the campsite is also closed!
