From the caravan straight to the slopes

Winter holidays in Ötztal

First slide down the snow-covered slopes, inhale the fresh, clear mountain air and then sip the fruity, hot mulled wine in a rustic alpine hut - does this correspond exactly to your ideas of a perfect holiday?

Then you are exactly right! Our campsite is right next to the Gaislachkogel cable car. Just a few minutes walk separate you from perfectly groomed ski slopes and lots of fun and adventure.

Winter camping in the Ötztal

Winter in the Ötztal is characterized by its extreme diversity, the enormous range of leisure activities and the ideal location. From skiing to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing to shopping and events – during your winter holiday at Camping Sölden you are completely free and you can choose your own program.

Varied through the winter

Camping Sölden is one of the most popular winter campsites in the alps. No wonder: thanks to the advantageous location right next to the cable car station, you can reach the glacier in just a few minutes, or you can enjoy the variety and explore the other ski areas in the Ötztal.

Should you feel like more, try your hand at our in-house climbing wall or enjoy the day in our wellness area. A sauna session is particularly helpful after an active day to loosen up the muscles.

Three three-thousand-meter peaks in the Sölden ski area

Of course, besides skiing, there is always something to do in Sölden. But those who are primarily interested in skiing will enjoy it for a long time.

In the Sölden ski area you will experience pure variety over a total of 146 kilometers. Most of the slopes are laid out in different difficulty levels. In addition, our ski area is the only one in Austria that has three three-thousand-meter peaks, all of which can be reached by lift.

The BIG 3 includes the Gaislachkogel (3058 meters), the Tiefenbachkogel (3250 meters) and the Schwarze Schneide (3340 meters). Thanks to the connection to the two glaciers, winter is twice as reliable as snow.

Very nice campsite! The first time with the WoMo winter camping and we were very satisfied.
