Terms & Conditions – General Price, Booking and Pitch Information

The prices at Camping Sölden are stated in Euro per night including VAT. Included in the price – depending on the booked category – are the agreed services related to your stay on the pitch or in the apartment, as well as the use of our sanitary facilities, fitness and leisure facilities, and the in-house GREEN.SPA wellness area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, heated bench and relaxation area.

Each pitch has the designated connection options. 5 kWh of electricity per night are included; additional electricity will be charged according to consumption. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire campsite.

Arrival and Departure

Your pitch or apartment is ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the booked pitch becomes available earlier, an early arrival before 11:30 a.m. is possible only on request and subject to availability. For this, we charge 25% of the daily rate.

Please do not plan your arrival between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., as the reception is not staffed during this time and check-in is not possible. There is no parking available in front of the campsite.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to pay your invoice and vacate your pitch or apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. For departures before 8:00 a.m., we kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before. Late departure is only possible on request, subject to availability, and for a fee of 25% of the daily rate, payable directly on site.

Deposit

After your inquiry and the sending of our provisional reservation, a deposit is required to secure the booking. Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed as binding.

Delayed Arrival / Early Departure

Should your arrival be delayed, please inform us in good time. Without notification, we can only keep the pitch available until 12:00 noon of the following day. Delays in arrival or an early departure, for example due to bad weather or personal reasons, cannot be charged to us. The fees for booked but unused days must still be paid.

Registration

Before occupying your pitch or apartment, please always register first at reception. Final pitch allocation is carried out exclusively by reception.

Pitch and Vehicle Regulations

To ensure that our pitch system remains clear, fair and understandable for all guests, the following binding rules apply:

  1. A pitch is always booked for exactly one camping unit.
  2. The vehicle arrangement depends on the booked category:
    •  Standard: The towing vehicle for caravan, tent, etc. is not intended to remain on the pitch. One towing vehicle per Standard pitch is included in the underground garage. Standard pitches are managed as a car-free zone.
    • Comfort / Panorama / Deluxe: Here, the towing vehicle may be parked directly on the pitch.
  3. A second camping vehicle is never part of the same pitch. Anyone arriving with two camping units requires two pitches.
  4. An additional passenger car is not part of the pitch booking. It may only be permitted with prior registration, subject to availability, for an additional fee, and exclusively in a separate parking area.
  5. No vehicle may be parked on roads, side areas or on a vacant neighbouring pitch.

These regulations apply equally to all guests – including friends, families or groups arriving together. More vehicles require an additional parking space. More than one camping unit requires a second pitch.

Visitors

Visitors must be registered directly at reception upon arrival. Visitor vehicles may not be parked on the pitch.

Pitch Requests / Pitch Number

Pitch requests will gladly be considered where possible. However, we reserve the right to reserve another equivalent pitch or to change the pitch number if this is necessary for operational reasons.

Additional Pitch and Stay Rules

  • The barriers are closed without exception between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Entry and exit are not possible during this time.
  • Absolute quiet hours apply throughout the campsite from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Every camper has the right to a quiet night. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the campsite.
  • Grey water may only be discharged directly into the designated drain using a hose or bucket. Letting it run out onto the pitch is strictly prohibited.
  • Open fires and torches are not permitted anywhere on the campsite. Barbecuing is only allowed with a suitable garden grill that stands at least 50 cm above the ground.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite and in the municipality of Sölden. Dog waste bags are available free of charge.
  • Plastic sheeting under awnings and tents is prohibited throughout the campsite.
  • We kindly ask for careful waste separation in the designated collection areas. Residual waste bags may not simply be left there. Organic waste and food leftovers must be disposed of separately in the designated containers.

Cancellation Policy

Deviating from the general terms and conditions for hotel and tourism businesses, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: refund of the deposit already paid minus €10 processing fee
  • 29 to 20 days before arrival: 30% of the holiday stay, excluding local tax
  • 19 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the holiday stay, excluding local tax
  • 13 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the holiday stay, excluding local tax
  • During the last week before arrival: 90% of the holiday stay, excluding local tax

Travel Cancellation and Accident Insurance

Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, unforeseen circumstances can always arise. To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation, accident, delayed arrival, early departure or no-show, we recommend taking out suitable travel insurance.
